The Premiere Horse Boarding Facility

Orchard Hill Equestrian Center is a spectacular 70+ acre farm less than a mile from Route 495 in Berlin, Massachusetts, only 45 minutes west of Boston. While our horses enjoy large grassy pastures, our riders enjoy amazing 100-mile views from our hilltop location.

We offer boarding in three barns, each with unique features including 12′ x 12′ stalls; top quality Canadian hay and premium feed; automatic waterers; and attentive care from our 24/7 on-site managers and full-time five-person maintenance staff and horse care team.

We take pride in our sense of community, excellent horse care, outstanding professional multi-disciplined trainers and our idyllic location.

Amenities
– 70+ acre property with three well maintained, fully winterized 16 stall barns surrounding the main house.

– Your horse can join friends in several 5+ acre pastures with season-long grass or enjoy an individual 70′ x 100′ hillside paddock, all with 100-gallon heated water tanks

– Ride in any weather in the area’s largest indoor arena – a 75’ x 200’ heated space with premium footing, daily grooming, and a high-speed sprinkling system

– Four outdoor arenas
– A 20m x 60m dressage arena with daily groomed rubber/sand footing
– A 75’ x 150’ jumping arena with rubber/sand footing and lights to 9pm
– Two huge 150’ x 200’ arenas for stadium jumping and adjacent warm-up with premium sand footing and a full stadium course

– A 25-acre professionally maintained hillside cross country course for eventers with jumps ranging from small logs to Novice level (3’) questions, including a spring-fed water jump with dual pools and a waterfall

– Heated tack rooms with utility sinks, hot and cold running water and plenty of room for your equipment in each barn

– Five miles of trails on and off the property through fields and apple orchards, near ponds and along dirt roads

– Large trunk loft.

– Two heated bathrooms, a lounge/tack cleaning area, a heated viewing area in the indoor arena and a covered “Tiki Hut” for spectators adjacent to the jumping ring

– Three warm and three cold water wash stations with concrete pads

– Trailer parking next to the barns with shavings and plowing ($50/mo surcharge)

– Monthly social events for boarders, students, parents and friends
